Project Coordinator/ Lasvit Shanghai

Project Coordinator is a vital position for Lasvit´s core business; they are the center and the brain of the operational team. Your prime responsibility is to effectively coordinate and process our Lasvit projects in cooperation with sales, designers, engineers and production units, from the beginning to the final handover to client is done. This person will closely cooperate with and report to Project Manager. 

Main Tasks/

/ Processing of small & medium size projects

/ Coordination of inter-department team

/ Responsible for budget & schedule planning and delivering according to a plan

/ Direct communication with branch offices worldwide

/ Active contribution to creative solutions at design, engineering & production stage

/ Occasional travel to site required

We require /

/ University Bachelor or Master Degree with previous working experience in similar position

/ High motivation to learn and accept new challenges

/ Total work independence and ability to make decisions, to think logically and to multitask

/ Flexibility and good communication & interpersonal skills

/ Management experience or experience with project management is preferred

/ Negotiation skills

/ Interest in glass design and technology is a plus

/ Fluent spoken and written English and Czech; Willingness to learn Chinese is a must
