We require
high degree of motivation to accept a new challenge
experience in management and production/
excellent communication and negotiation skills skills
independent thinking and decision-making, technical thinking, the ability to multitask
experience with glass or engineering technologies is a plus
flexibility to relocate to Shanghai
university or secondary education - technical (machine or glass focus) or economical

fluent spoken and written English language

ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus;  willingness to learn Chinese is a condition
excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 
orientation in Business Inteligence tools is a plus
